How to withdraw my money?

1. On the Home button, click Available Cash.

2. Click the Withdraw button.

3. Fill out the amount you would like to withdraw.

For bank details, proceeds from your withdrawal shall be transferred or deposited directly to your declared bank account. 

4. Click the “Next” button to review and confirm your withdrawal transaction.

5. Enter your 6-digit security PIN to complete the transaction.  

Your withdrawal request has been sent for processing. You will be receiving an email and in app notices upon request of withdrawal of funds.

Please note that the amount will reflect on your bank account within 2-5 banking days, depending on your bank’s clearing period.
